That being said, I did read through the post above and really enjoyed it - I have to say I am guilty of not doing certain things for fear of being the &#039;lagger&#039; - just last night a neighbour invited me to go cycling with him and all I could imagine (even though I warned him) was the thought of him getting annoyed with having to wait for me every time the route wasn&#039;t fllat or downhill (I am just pathetic climbing any sort of incline on a bike). I am going to make an effort to actually go out with him though, embarrassing or not...

Your site looks really cool too - I&#039;m gonna subscribe now and try and make sure I come back again ;-)
